6.2 - The following sub-processors shall be considered approved by the Data Controller at the time of entering into this Data Processing Agreement for billing purposes and payment processing (Paypal, U.S., Bitpay, U.S., U.S., Zuora Inc., U.S.), for sales and technical support (Helpscout, U.S., Slack Technologies Inc., U.S., ZenDesk Inc., U.S.), for transactional email communications (SendGrid, U.S., MailJet, U.S.), and for marketing communications (MailChimp, U.S.).
Note that all companies operating in the EU are subject to Art. 33 of the GDPR, which requires companies to notify their data protection authority of a data breach within 72 hours of discovering it.

We restrict internal access to personal information to select members of our team. When you use our service, Sync will ask you to create a password.
